I had the two really really bad days.

My winter exams are coming so I have like a million of things to do. Also, we have a bad time at the coffee shop where I work so I have to work extra hours lately. The last two days were awful - they both started really early in the morning and ended late at night after a long day at work.
I am officially exhausted. I skipped my workout, unfortunately. I'm not proud. Actually, I feel bad. But as I've said: it won't be a great story. I'm just a normal girl with a little bit to much on her plate right now. The only thing that makes me feel good is that I have the courage to tell this to you, guys! You make me want to start over and over again :)

And I keep promising myself that I will do better. I need to create the routine, stick to it and get used to - it ain't easy. But I will do this! Someday I will be proud!

How are you lately?

Yours, Kate.

Okay, time for today's news!

For the start I've chosen 30 Day Shred with Jillian Michaels - this is a program which combines Strength, Cardio and ABS exercises (with three levels of difficulty, 10 days for each level). I tried it few times but never managed to finish it. Today was my second day of Level 1 and... it was hard to even force myself to do it. With all my muscles crying for one day of rest I put on my workout clothes and DID IT! :D
Now I feel amazing, forcing myself has never felt so good <3 It wasn't perfect. I've paused it a few times to catch my breath or let go of the weights but I'm glad I've tried. I feel that I'm on a good track. Now I just can't let it go.
As for my diet - it wasn't as I planned it yesterday but I did quite good. Avoided sugar and fat food for the whole day and I've even managed to prepare some oatmeal pancakes with pear & banana for breakfast.

This was a good day! A biiiiiiig biiiiiig smile for all my followers! :)

Yours, Kate.

They say - if you really want to commit to something, tell someone about it.
I'm too ashamed to tell it to my friends or relatives so... why not tell it to a bunch of complete strangers?! ;)
I'm overweight. I'm 21 and I'm almost 110 kg (c. 243 pounds). I'm on the brink of diabetes and I'm also struggling with hypothyroidism. I've been like that since I remember. They always called me fat. And I've always had a thousands of excuses not to exercise:  bad knees, no tools, no time, period, classes etc.
But now I've decided to do something about it. And I really mean it. It probably won't be a great super successful weight-loss story. I know, there will be ups and downs. I'll be lazy, as always and I will come up with new excuses to do nothing. I will also try hard to not to give up. I will fight with myself. And I will win. Someday.
If you want to help me - follow me. I will have to take the responsibility to tell you when I screw up ;). I can only promise to make it as much enjoyable for you as possible!
Yours, Kate.
